About The Growth DNA
We're a GTM services company. Companies come to us because their go-to-market doesn't work yet, and we build the thing that makes it work: the market map, the data underneath it, the systems that move it, and the channels that put a message in front of the right person.
For most of our clients that means we run outbound for them end to end. For others it means rebuilding what happens around it, so the CRM is actually enriched, inbound gets qualified and routed to the right rep, and outreach fires on a real signal instead of a static list.
Some things to know about us:
- We're a small team and we work in pods. A GTM Engineer builds, an Account Manager owns the client, and on some accounts an SDR works the inbox and the phone.
- Our clients are B2B, prominently SaaS, from seed-stage startups to established companies (series A-C) mostly across Europe and North America.
- We build our own tooling. Reply classifiers, client reporting dashboards, lead databases, internal lookup apps for our SDRs. When a client's problem needs software, we write it.
- We have a written standard for how client work gets done, and we'll send it to you before you decide whether to join. It has two rules. You own the client, not the campaign. AI does a lot of the work, you do the judgment.
- We've built and run go-to-market for clients like Pipedrive, Understory, Minut, and Hook Point.
- $80M+ in pipeline generated across 1,800+ campaigns. We helped Understory break 500 demos in a single month, and built the outbound engine behind their €12M Series A.
- We LOVE good vibes and banter.
The Role
We're hiring the first Head of GTM at TGD. Until now the person building the campaigns has also been the person answering the client, and that's the wrong shape for a company our size. Clients deserve someone whose actual job is them.
You'd be that person. From the day a client signs you're on the onboarding call, you introduce yourself as their point of contact, and every conversation after that runs through you. You sit in the pod with the GTM Engineer, helping shape and give feedback on the campaigns/deliverables, and on some accounts having an SDR in the pod.
You carry 10 to 20 accounts, but we’ll figure out the capacity as we go.
You're not just a relay between the client and the person doing the work. You know what's being built and why, you can bring campaign angles of your own, and when a draft of the copy or ideas for strategy comes back weak you say so and you say why.
What you'll do
- Own the relationship from day one. Onboard new clients alongside a founder and the assigned GTM Engineer, then carry the account from there. It stays yours until someone formally takes it off you
- Run the comms. You're in every client Slack channel. Speed, tone, and the thing they haven't thought to ask about yet. You notice a channel that's gone quiet for six days before the client does
- Run the biweekly call. We typically do bi-weekly calls with clients. You own the agenda, the call itself, and what happens after it. Usually with the GTM Engineer, sometimes on your own
